You wake up, a day is lost, you're in Poland and everything is good
On the flight to Frankfort Economy Plus had 90 seats and 22 passengers
Everyone had at least 3 seats or a small couch - Nice
From Frankfort it's a 2 hour flight to Krakow where we are today
Apartment is cute, clean and cheap (airbnb $54 complete)
Note the washer in kitchen set-up, bedroom and modern bathroom down the hallway
"Fresh Market" grocery around the corner
Walked to Play Mobile phone store after a short rest and showers
Activating 2 iPhones and 1 iPad for 30 days cost $29
Now we could find food, which we did in the Jewish Quarter (Kazimierz)
Enjoyed pierogis and lamb sausage with live tunes in an outdoor cafe
that was the childhood home of Helena Rubinstein
Darkness was approaching when we arrived at Rynek Glowny (Main Square)
Designed in 1257 and the largest medieval marketplaces in Europe
A beautiful little church in one corner - just about lost but striking
Ended our first day meeting Erik Lickiss (from Indianola) and Maja for a beer - only one.
They are leaving for Sicily tomorrow ($75 roundtrip) and we needed sleep
Dobranoc (Goodnight)
